15-30min introductory call at a time that works best for you. If you would like to get on a zoom introductory call, I ask for a $50 exchange. During our conversation, we will explore whether we’re a good fit, discuss scheduling, and intentions. If you’re unsure about which option suits your needs, we can determine the best choice together. My base rate is $450 per hour for incalls to my base location and $550/hr for calls outside my home base of Nevada City, CA.

Donations, Investment & Process

Following our introductory consultation, we'll determine the amount of time we'll spend together based on your intentions, availability, and investment. My minimum session length is 90 minutes, allowing ample time to establish connection, create safety, and move through the experience without feeling rushed.

Every session begins with an intentional conversation. We'll discuss your goals, boundaries, desires, experiences, and anything you hope to explore. This allows us to build trust, establish clear communication, and create a foundation of safety and attunement before we begin.

From there, we co-create an experience that is responsive to your needs in the moment. I listen deeply to your body, breath, and nervous system, allowing the session to unfold with presence, structure, and intuition rather than a predetermined script.

Each experience concludes with time for integration and restoration. This space allows your nervous system to settle, your body to absorb the experience, and any insights or emotions to be acknowledged before returning to daily life.

Longer sessions provide the opportunity to build greater trust, explore with more creativity, and work at a deeper level—allowing meaningful transformation to unfold at a pace that honors both the body and the mind.
